Return and Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Certain categories of items — such as single cards, customized products, promotional items, and pre-orders — are excluded from return eligibility.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at frozenmisoxtcg@gmail.com. Once the request is received and approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after verifying the integrity of the returned product.
Pre-order Policy
Placing a pre-order constitutes a purchase commitment by the customer before the actual availability of the product. Given the high volatility of the collectible card market, no refunds will be issued for any price changes occurring after the reservation.
