1.1 Subject and Acceptance These GTC govern the purchase of products and services through the Frozen Misox TCG website. Accessing the site and submitting an order implies full, irrevocable acceptance of these clauses, intellectual property rights, and the laws currently in force in Switzerland (specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations) and, where applicable, the European Union.

1.2 User Account and Security Account Management: Creating an account allows users to manage orders and preferences. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities occurring under their account. Cybersecurity: We adopt advanced technical measures, including SSL encryption and protection systems against cyberattacks, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1.3 Pre-order Policy, Market Volatility, and Supply Delays The Trading Card Game (TCG) market is characterized by high volatility and external logistical dependencies. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:

• All Pre-orders are Final and Non-Refundable: By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the purchase is final. We do not accept cancellations, nor do we issue refunds for pre-orders due to a change of mind, financial reasons, or post-purchase market fluctuations.
• Shipping and Release Dates: Frozen Misox TCG strives to fulfill orders as close to the official release date as possible. However, delivery is strictly dependent on supplier logistics and distributor timelines. We do not guarantee delivery on the official "Day One" release date, and Frozen Misox TCG shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, manufacturers, or distributors. An eventual delay in delivery or a postponement of the official release date does not constitute a valid reason for the cancellation of the order, withdrawal, or request for a refund. Order fulfillment will occur strictly once the stock is physically delivered to our warehouse.
• Price Commitment: A pre-order constitutes a binding purchase agreement at the price displayed at the time of checkout. No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be granted if the market price of the product decreases at the time of release or thereafter.
• Allocation Management (Short Allocations): In the event of supply cuts (short allocations) by distributors, Frozen Misox TCG will fulfill orders following a strict "First-come, First-served" chronological criteria.
• Supplier Cancellations and Exceptions to Refunds: If, and only if, we are unable to fulfill an order due to a total lack of supplier stock, the customer will receive an immediate full refund. Frozen Misox TCG is expressly released from any further liability or claims for damages arising from such external logistical failures.

1.4 Payment by Invoice and Late Fees

When selecting "Bank Transfer/Invoice" as a payment method, the following binding terms apply:

• Pre-payment Required: Order fulfillment and shipping will strictly occur only after the full invoice amount has been successfully credited to our bank account. We do not ship goods prior to receiving full payment.
• Payment Deadline: Invoices are due and payable within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of invoice creation.
• Automated Reminder System: To assist customers, our system operates the following notification schedule:
  • Courtesy Reminder: Sent 1 day prior to the due date.
  • Overdue Notice: Sent 2 days after the due date.
• Administrative Late Fees: If the invoice remains unpaid after the initial grace period, administrative fees will be applied to cover the costs of debt recovery:
  • 7 Days Past Due: A formal late notice will be issued with an administrative fee of CHF 5.00.
  • 14 Days Past Due: A second formal late notice will be issued with an additional administrative fee of CHF 5.00. Frozen Misox TCG reserves the right to suspend future orders or cancel pending pre-orders for accounts with overdue invoices.

1.5 Loyalty Program Frozen Misox TCG rewards its customers through a points system. Accumulated points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed for purchases on our official website. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program with reasonable notice.

1.6 Affiliates and Collaborations We offer collaboration programs for influencers and content creators. Affiliate agreements are subject to specific dedicated conditions (personalized links, sales commissions). Inquiries and applications must be directed to frozenmisoxtcg@gmail.com.

1.7 Review Policy User reviews must be based on a verified purchase experience and maintain professional and honest language. We reserve the unilateral right to moderate, hide, or remove content that is deemed offensive, defamatory, false, or irrelevant to the service provided.

1.8 Mystery Boxes and Randomized Products Policy Due to the randomized nature of "Mystery Boxes" and similar surprise formats, these items are strictly excluded from the standard right of withdrawal or return. Once the security seal, custom outer packaging, or internal packs have been opened, tampered with, or damaged, the sale is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of the value or type of items found inside. Furthermore, any advertised or estimated value for Mystery Box tiers (e.g., God Prize, High Prize) is based on the market value of the products at the time of packaging. Frozen Misox TCG assumes no liability for subsequent market fluctuations or depreciation of the cards and sealed products.

1.9 Promotional Initiatives and "Bounty Scratch" Participation in promotional campaigns, such as "Bounty Scratch" tickets, is subject to the following rules:

• Non-convertibility: Prizes can only be redeemed for physical products or store credit and are never convertible into cash.
• Expiration: Winning tickets must be claimed within 60 days of the original order receipt date, after which the right to the prize expires.
• Redemption: Customers must contact customer service providing clear photographic proof of the winning ticket. Frozen Misox TCG reserves the right to void any ticket that is illegible, severely damaged, counterfeit, or lost by the customer.

1.10 Jurisdiction and Governing Law Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Moesa (Grisons, Switzerland). Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
